What happens when I add my fifth property?
Nothing breaks. Per-property billing stops making sense around then, so the bundle takes over and works out cheaper — the app tells you when that happens rather than quietly charging you more.
Do my cleaners and managers need to pay?
No. Cleaner and manager logins are included, and unlimited from the bundle up. Each gets their own screen scoped to their job.
What if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your account drops back to free limits and everything stays readable — you just can't add beyond one property until you're back on a plan.
Can I run it myself?
Yes. It's a single Node app with a SQLite file, and self-hosted copies have no limits at all. Pricing only applies to the hosted service.
Where does my data live?
In one SQLite file. Nothing is sent anywhere except barcode lookups (the barcode only) and, if you turn it on, photos you explicitly take to identify an item.
Can I change plan later?
Any time, in both directions. When a limit is reached the app names the cheapest plan that fits rather than showing a dead error.
